Standard tenancy agreement  - £10

We believe that both parties needs to be able to read the tenancy agreement easily to ensure they know what is in it.  You cannot expect your tenant to know what is what if he cannot read it. It also sets out clearly your obligations as a landlord and if there is a problem with your tenant you can easily look up the details in the contract.

Therefore the documents we produce are well set out and not squeezed onto a single piece of paper. It is written in clear English in the same size font as you are reading here.

Bespoke tenancy agreement - £15

Our full tenancy agreement holds all the required legal bits  and also includes a clear easy to understand section which explains what you expect of them as tenants plus a bullet point reference sheet with things like:

• No parties
• Keep the garden tidy and the lawn cut
• Do not put up shelves or pictures without permission
• Do not leave rubbish inside or outside the property
• Do not put sanitary towels down the toilet

We extend it to include information on how to give notice properly and tenants contact details.  Basically it holds everything that the tenant and you need to know for quick reference.

We are happy to add sections into the agreement that are specific to yourself.  e.g. all vehicles parked on the property must be taxed, MOT'd and insured.
